Management and Receptionists

Roslyn has been part of our team since relocating from London in 1996. She started out as a company secretary, taking care of our management accounts, before taking on the role of practice manager. She has not looked back since!

Janet has been with us since 2005, and has a Labrador called Lola and a springer spaniel called Annie at home. When she’s not working, she loves walking, reading and going out for meals.

Sandra joined the team in 2019 and has a plethora of pets at home, including two tropical fish tanks with fish, shrimps and snails, and a cheeky house bunny that she adopted from our practice.

Donna has been with us since 2014, and has a husband and a grown up daughter at home. She loves spending time with her family, socialising, doing jigsaws, travelling and spoiling her cats, Kevin, Perry, Mr Patterson and Candy.

Jade joined us in 2014 as an animal care assistant, and has a Patterdale terrier called Lola, rescue cats called Smokey and Dyche and two children at home. When she’s not manning our reception desk, she enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding and walking.

Phoebe joined the Armac team in 2019, and spends most of her spare time looking after her 30 chickens, horse Selwyn, cats Rex and Lola and her chocolate Labrador Herbie. She also loves going on holiday whenever she gets the chance.

Ann has been with us since 2008, and has a horse called Lady A at home. Her favourite pastimes include horse riding, crown green bowling and curling up with a good book.

Gillian has been with the practice since 1983, and we were happy to welcome her back after a maternity leave that ended up lasting seven years! A keen rounders player, she loves watching games and entertaining her grandchildren, which is more or less a full time occupation.

Gemma joined our team in 2021, shortly after welcoming her little boy. She spends most of her free time going on adventures with her family and their very crazy shar pei, Bonnie.

Mel joined the team in 2021 and has a horse called Branston Pickle and a cavalier King Charles spaniel called Molly at home. They form part of her busy household which also includes her husband, sons, their girlfriends and her grandson. When she’s not looking after family members or animals, she loves horse riding and reading a good horror novel.

Jakkie joined us in 2022 and has four children and nine grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, road and mountain biking and riding her horse, Duchie. She also loves looking after other people’s dogs when they go on holiday.
