About Us
Looking out for the pets of Bury and Bolton 24/7, 365 days a year
We’re proud to be open 24/7, every day of the year, with our emergency hospital supporting our community practices, which have been looking after local pets since the 1980s.
Fashions and hairstyles may have changed quite a bit since then, but our commitment to providing a professional and caring service to every patient and client has never wavered!
As pet owners ourselves, we understand that every pet is part of the family. That’s why we treat every patient with respect, care and compassion at our three convenient clinics.
We established our 24-hour emergency hospital, Pets A&E, in 2004 to deliver round-the-clock care to our clients and those from other local veterinary practices.
This means that there will always be a friendly team member on hand to help your pet and monitor them throughout their stay.
We believe it’s important to use only the most up-to-date equipment and technology, in order to provide the best service to your pet when every second counts.
Our hospital has modern facilities and equipment, including digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy tools, incubators, infusion pumps and intensive care areas.
The Pets A&E site is supported by our Bradshaw and Fairfield branches, where your pet can access routine services like vaccinations, neutering and diagnostic testing, as well as more bespoke offerings like targeted health checks and puppy parties.
We can also arrange for your pet to be transferred to our hospital if they need longer term care, and can arrange for external specialists to advise on more complex cases.
Our talented team goes the extra mile to make sure every patient and client receives the best care possible, and keeps abreast of the latest techniques by actively pursuing further qualifications and education opportunities.
We also use sensitive handling techniques, non-sedating pheromone products and separate wards for our feline patients, to ensure they have a comfortable visit.
We’ve developed a loyal client base over the years through excellent care and customer service, and are always delighted to welcome new patients and owners to the fold.
Don’t just take our word for it! Get in touch to book an appointment for your pet.
